  • how ya doing? re bingo I just do the scratch cards now...

Not too bad ISOM, knee virtually pain free so Mr.B took me shopping today.OOh the joys, then we went to friends who i educated in the best way on how to get good deals....:D Shaved £400 off for them using search engine, voucher codes and cashback sites..they were amazed. Still i did add that they could save even more by not spending...don't think that went down so well:o:rotfl: It's the MSE in me!

  • Well folks have spent the last of my shopping money today. The few bits of groceries needed turned into a £65 bill, but some of that will last for a few weeks as they were on offer ( that's my excuse and i'm sticking to it) Food budget came in at just under £300 and that included two takeaways when Mr.B was under the impression that's what you do when the missus is not about ( or Aboot .......in geordie language)
So not too bad but i want to get that down to £200 next month.

Sandwiches made for the next two weeks for Mr.B all in freezer, so he has no excuses not to eat or buy stuff on the sly. But he has been good lately so i may even iron a shirt or two for him....( may!)

Moneysavingswise that's about it except for a couple of PPI letters that i am putting in on a couple of accounts i found...ooh the suspense.

Hope the weekend was good for everyone, just off for a quick mooch.

I'm just getting the hang of that one at the mo - bit late in the day but I've realised how much easier it is not to spend £20 than make another one through ebay, cashback sites, scratchcards...
