Download the Guidelines for Debt Collection from www.oft.gov , its 14 pages but we should all know exactly what is there for our protection.

I've used it to my advantage several times ( recently getting barclaycard to agree int and charge free until paid off.....and got £141 int back!)

I've just put in a Complaint with the Financial Services Ombudsman about Citibank and 1st Credit, we shall see.........I wanted to complain about 1st Credit, but the FSO said that as Citi had sold me to the scum at 1st whilst I was repaying via CCS ( with no reference to the CCCS or me before doing it) so I had just cause to complain about them too! this was all done without provision of a valid Credit Agreement.
