    Shaun, keep you coat!

Thanks KC. :D Didn't know that you couldn't drive, mind sometimes i wish i hadn't with the amount of mileage i have been doing lately:o

:o I took my driving test when I was in my twenties, and I even passed, but I've never owned a car - at first, I was making a green statement, but I'd never be able to afford even the oldest of old bangers now :o:o

Feeling awful today and had to take another day off work. Have slept until 1pm, so unlike me to do so. Managed to drag my sorry arris to the hospital for the blood tests and just have to wait for results now. Bonus was that there was no queue, so managed to get away with free parking ( as under 15 mins) just went straight through barrier...heheheh.
Hoping to get into work tomorrow as i hate letting the pupils down. One really looks forward to his Friday visit to a local wildlife place, he plans it all out.
Money wise will be expensive again as have to pay for DD2's bus pass ( which will cost in the region of £180 owing for last year ( a mix up with DD which they never took out and then presented us with the bill ) and £300 for this next year...i just want to stick my head in a sand bucket and cry. Hey ho will have to find loads of extra work over the summer to pay for everything.

Weather gorgeous at the moment, but hate the fact that i am sat in feeling bleuurgh, hope everyone else i having a good time.

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad, Bob. I have to say tho, I'm feeling exactly the same - I feel upset whenever I go out, there's conspicuous consumption all around me, and I'm losing money hand over fist. And I feel ill - a lurgy, and "that time of life", and too much to do and ..... you know.

Just had an interesting idea from a colleague tho - a way for us both to gain professionally while it doesn't cost us anything, in relation to the background work you have to do as a counsellor/therapist. We keep on plugging.... hope you feel a bit better today. When do you get your blood tests back?

Barely morning, but am just about feeling this side of human. Blood tests came back with a couple of things, but no nasties ( thankfully) so am being referred for some more things but other than that have to keep taking the pills and should be ok.
Have slept rather well amazingly so, but that is usually the way when i am ill. Just mad at myself for having a couple of days off....i hate that.

On monies front wages again yesterday, which was rather good and can plan a bit more re paying for stuff. Have decided to put expenses in at the end of this month so that cunningly gives me a large amount for August when work will be non existant.

Mr.B has been ok, but tired himself and has done as he said he would re paying things. He still has a long way to go, but baby steps. On the Egg front, they sent a copy of statements back to 2003. We found that there were very little on the charge front and they haven't charged him at all for missing/late payments this year (when i firmly put the ball in his court and told him to get on with it ie pay it yourself ) So am unsure whether to claim or not ( £70ish pounds) They have been good with him, reduced the payment and he pays 1% of balance and is all coming off the amount at the moment. If we claim then they may reverse this. What does everyone think?

DS Seems to be settling at work and wll be back home for a couple of days to no doubt raid cupboards etc.
    That's me caught up.

    Have a lovely weekend everyone.

Thanks KC, Lurgy seems to be catching at the moment :oHope your idea with colleague comes to fruition:beer:
Know what you mean about losing money hand over fist. I suppose some of it is because i am making conscious effort not to slap on a credit card when a large bill comes(not that i make a habit of it). Just felt that having a decent amount of money for once and orf it goes only because i hadn't planned for the extra bills:o

    I do feel better though:D

How far back do the charges go? If they are coming up for the 6 years old then you should claim them asap but if they are more recent I would wait a while until the balance is down quite a bit more in case it does upset things with them.
