Glad there were some good points Bob, and hopefully Mr Bob can be kept on track. Just started with the bingo thing but I've not won anything and I hate it! Still I will give my all for the 30 days and see if I can make anything.Mortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Bob,
sorry not been about recently, but just had a quick flick through the last couple of pages......jeez girl you really know how to get it piled on youhave a hug :grouphug:
There's also been lots of good advice from peeps too.....and I'd just like to add some of my own.... If mr bob is depressed, you need to get him to the GP, and go with him. Go to his doc first by yourself, and explain the situation. He's not going to get out of it without help, and it can end up costing you dear. If left unchecked his depression can drag all of you in the house down, and that just makes it harder to claw back up the slope, and will make all the financial stuff even harder to cope with/sort out/deal with. Whether you two have a future or not, for your sake and health it needs to be treated. It can be a long road back, but it can be done. Please don't let yourself be dragged down by it bob...and if he can start getting treated it will ease your burden, and even if it's only a bit, every little helps.
Hang in there hun, will catch up proper soon......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......

Well have been a busy Bob today and have still got lingering remnants of oinker flu, throat is very sore ( must be all the nagging) and i have lost my appetite again..but all good on the waistline front.
Money in from Quidco- all £3.50 but it is there.
Expenses worked out at £15 today, but are reclaimable so not bad there as money will be in at end of month.
Everything paid for moment so not a lot else to report.
Off to fill in my diary on spends-cos i is being good...then work
Have a good day folks.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Hi Bob - glad to see you back for our sakes, sorry you couldn't stay longer in Cornwall. Sounds lovely to walk along a beach with sunshine..... you've got a pretty hard road ahead with Mr B, haven't you? As you say, recovery takes two, and if he doesn't do his share sooner or later, he doesn't recover. Very sad, but true..........
As for the bingo being exciting........ I mean, why do people do it for fun? I really don't get it..... its only mse-ers that write in anything like sentences anyway, on the chat, and we're all catching the abbreviations ifswim.
EDIT - I've been sawing branches so that if my wall collapses before the builders get to it, it doesn't do damage to the neighbour's car. And now the arthritis is playing up, to the extent that typing on a laptop hurts. ow ow ow ow :rolleyes:2023: the year I get to buy a car0
