    No problem at all connecting in Philly, just make sure you don't buy any duty free booze or it will be confiscated at the security check.

    I got caught out when flying through EWR when the regulations first came in. I wasn't warned / aware about it at BHX and bought some stuff for the misses and got them confiscated at EWR. I wrote to the duty free people at BHX complaining and got my money back!

    PS flown through philly several times. nice airport. Don't forget the bus to terminal F!

    When picking up your bags in PHL put any duty free in your case then.

    Same here. I lost a rather good bottle of scotch to US customs!

    Well...pack some bubble wrap and if you have a connecting flight after PHL,NY where you are flying into and then wrap your duty free bottles up and place em in your check in baggage (done this myself and was no problem) ;)
