:hello: Hey everyone!
Finances are starting to look a wee bit scary as all the DDs come out this week, leaving me with the last of my wages (200GBP at best) and a 2k overdraft for the next 12 months... I'll get paid a training salary but it's going to be bloomin' tight!
But anyhows, the DDs go out so 389.57 GBP for me today please mac! Sorry about the decimal point but they're DDs and I want to continue PADding every day
Hope y'all have a fab day people! Catch up on the posts later...

The secret, well i don't thinks a secret, I have cut out all snacking, junk food, carbs, and watched the fat, so dry frying most things, with less is more approach.
Basically, I haven't had any bread, potatoes, pasta and rice for 1 week. I only eat 3 meals a day, nothing in between except tea and water (lots of water) and I have done 3 mammoth sessions at the gym.
Its a bit of a shock for the first few days but if you think of it as its only 1 week, a bit like a detox.
Oh ye and no alcohol.
This week and next i will slow reintroduce Carbs but don't go to mad.
Hope that helps
SHWAWow hardcore SHWA!Seems to work though from what you're saying which is fab! I love pasta and rice so much so I think I'd struggle in all honesty :rotfl:
Good luck with it though and keep us posted with how you're getting on!

I struggled at the beginning but a trick I learnt is to imagine the offending item as blood red
It's amazing how that subliminal message does work after a few weeks;)
