Hi all just £5.76 today of the old Barclaycard.
Which adds up to over £100 of the Barclaycard since starting on Tuesday, I hope I can keep this up, I do get anxious and wanting to PAD constantly that can only be a good thing.0 -

Felling much better this morning- thanks for the good wishes SueP19 & hope you are on the mend too!! Sounds grim for you poor thing. Hope for a better day today, I think we both better write off Friday & start afresh.
I have to be well for tomorrow, big outing then so today I have to decide what to wear so I am prepared & not trying to find something at the last minute. Will be descending on Warrington so what's the weather forecast Danko?
No Pad as yet, got up early & have been making bread & lemon curd (glut of eggs from chooks). Back later with PAD & hopefully get some things done from yesterday too.

You OH would have had to fill in a paternity form like this: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/forms/sc3.pdf and that would have been processed through the payroll and submitted to the Inland Revenue. HR would "normally" write back to the employee confirming the arrangements i.e. the paternity dates, any holidays, payments etc.Like you, I'm confused why the days have been paid like they have. They're to be paid as weekly blocks - either one week and another week taken at a later date or two full weeks at once. Deffo worth giving the ACAS people a call though - they're open 'til 1pm on a Saturday too
And it's free. Very correct advice
Even I use them!
If you can get a copy of the grievance procedure, it should indicate a timescale for someone to respond - it's normally around 5 working days - sometimes more dependent on the Company. They have to do something about it so may be worth pursuingUnfair treatment etc...
Tell me about budgets though - I've been told I'm not getting a bonus when I leave because a) I'm leaving and have been for 12 months (though I've been working 45+ hour weeks, redundancies, implementing the HR department), b) the Company have been more than flexible with my school arrangements (though I've been taking holiday and flexi days to accommodate) and c) no money available (to which other people are receiving increases). Raah. Most angry.Hope it all comes good though angelicGather some facts too from ACAS as that would strengthen any case for a grievance. God, these are the things I try and get people to avoid at work!! :rotfl: Maybe people want to talk to me and we resolve these things :rotfl:
xx
I'm confused as how they managed to get out of paying him 3weeks worth of pay?!!
Sounds like you're not having the best of times either! xStarted PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10
