Well I haven't been around so much, keep forgetting to post

But today has been a massively humungous (:p) payment for me - £1000

That means that I payed off another debt today :j and I have one credit card left now, with a balance of around £3,000 depending on what payments have cleared.

Keep up the good work everyone :T

    Morning all

Still no pad but just wanted to post my weigh in from last night - i lost 2.5lb:T. Was chuffed with this as still not sticking strictly to SW but definitely eating a lot healthier.

Must dash and get ready for work. Catch you all later.

    :hello: Hey everyone!

Oo yay it's my Friday today! I'm hitting the road to London after work tonight so got payments for the weekend sorted for you Paul if you would be so kind to tag them on each day :D:

    50p for today
    50p for Friday
    50p for Saturday
    50p for Sunday

Then when Monday rolls around I'm hoping to make a BIG payment to the Barclaycard and maybe just be skint for the month and just live without another debt :D :rotfl:

SueP - know how you feel with the HUGE interest rates! I'm paying 35% on my Virgin on the ridiculous card with a balance of over £3k! I can't get another card either to BT it so I'm screwed! :(

Good luck to all the weigh in-ers tonight! :D

Don't you lot be getting into too much trouble this weekend ;) Catch you all probably on Monday night when I can spend a while catching up with the threads :D
    xx

Can you BT some to Barclaycard? When I started PADding in earnest they were falling over themselves to offer me LOB deals.

I did pose the question last week for when I pay off the full amount. The chap said that he wouldn't be able to offer me LOTB or an increase to my credit limit of £1k and the 0% interest would only apply until September - no good! :(

If I pay it off next week then I shall ask again but doesn't seem worth it for that little amount until September as the 19.9% APR comes in to effect. You can't win with some of these places!

Lottery win tomorrow and Saturday would be OK! :D :rotfl:

Know the feeling, my MBNA's are £5300 and £4700 that £3500 in interest a year:eek:
We can't BT either, haven't been able to for the past 6 years, had a row with HSBC 6 years ago and they slapped a "gone away/absconded" notice on our credit file every month since then (tried to removed)..................we just get to the point when that should be taken off and a drop in income causes defaults!!!
