I had a look through some of the other threads posted there, and there are a few names that reappear quite frequently with very negative comments.

Two of them even started arguing with each other about who was being the most offensive (neither believed they were)!

And one of them started to berate a new poster about his spelling. Bad spelling bugs me, but I appreciate that other people struggle with it (for whatever reason).

It's not our place to judge, and I told him so! lol

Still feeling rough, but now also feel distinctly poor after Tomtom's post - well done you

7 pence for me, found on the side.

More annoying is that I have also found £120 Cyprus pounds and it is as much use as Monopoly money, as no longer valid

Also found 1 dollar, so at least we now have some spending money for our holiday in Mexico at the end of the month . Ironic I am off work with swine flu

    Speak soon

    Hi all,
back again! Have just had another LBM and realised that my biggest debt is my overdraft:o I sort of ignore this because my charges are capped and it only costs me £5 per month.
For that reason I sort of ignore it. I have another bank account that doesn't have an overdraft facility and mainly use that. My work salary and other bits and bobs go into the overdrawn account and the overdraft never clears!
I'm looking for a way to rid this overdraft but because its cheap I continue to PAD to my CC.
My question is should I PAD to my overdraft and close that account or just pay a token amount and eventually clear it?
I wonder what damage it may be doing to my credit file....any thoughts?

Overdrafts are scary b*ggers as the bank can withdraw the facility at any time - I know people who have been stung with this. How much is your overdraft? Could you PAD half to each?

I did that with my OD and my credit card and now both are gone :j

Just six grand of loan to go....
