Evening everyone

Sorry i have been a bit of a stranger this month but money (or severe lack of it) has got me down in the dumps a bit. However have now received a long awaited cheque.:j I wont pad till tomorrow DT as this will clear my od (big for me but not as big as Jazz's (amazing amount:T) but it will make up for the rest of the month - promise.;)

Danko - weighed in tonight and lost another 1.5 lb mainly due to lots of walking and SW. Went off the rails a bit on Saturday and used cc for a day out as totally cheesed off. Didnt spend loads but enough to start feeling positive again (until the bill comes in :eek:) Anyhow enough about me welcome to the newbies and belated birthday wishes to Andy and Silaqui.

Will catch up tomorrow evening. Apologies for the long post - once i get started ......
