£25 to Virgin CC

Afternoon All!
My Euro's have reached the UK and turned into pounds already! Wahoo!
Soo...today I have made a PAD of GBP 57 (sorry, there's no pound sign on this keyboard!) to the Halifax CC. I have to wait for the loan DD and for the new monthly Virgin CC statement before those payments can be made.
Also this month is the final mobile phone bill! Wahoo, but again, have to wait for that to come out by DD. Apparantly, I am due a small rebate from them as the first month's payment to them was for 2 months in advance. We'll see.....
And, and....am still to make a repayment to the medical insurance peeps here this month (for back premiums). Am just waiting for the acceptgiro thingy to arrive as I have to enter some code online. Next month is the final payment for that too! Wahoo!
Sooo excited about the festival. Saw that they have podpad's available which look really cool. But....very expensive at €395!!!
I flat out said no, I can't afford it. I can't! I also had to pay a water bill this month of around €97! But....the OH really wants to stay in one of them, once in a lifetime thing etc etc. I stayed firm and continued to say no. He still wants to do it and said that if he does, he will pay for it all! Ahhh bless him.
I'd be just as happy in a tent, but if he wants to pay out then so be it. It is really close to his 30th Birthday though so he deserves a treat. Plus, he received a tax rebate from Belgium this month (he lived there previously), so he has the extra cash (lucky him!).
As you might have guessed, work has finally calmed down a bit! Phew, now I can catch up with all the bits I pushed to one side. Was worth it though, we won a huge proposal! YAY!
Have a good day all!

The revenue always take a while especially if they've got a backlog but may be worth giving them a call as they can check your details on their systems and you can see when you'll be getting some moonay back
