Hey Flower! I got my flapjack recipe from the MSE Old Style Board...think it's
    5oz Oats
    4oz Demerara Sugar
4oz Butter (or marg - but I'm a butter girl!)
and a couple of tablespons of golden syrup
If I'm feeling extra "healthy" I stick in some Good Food Doctor seed mix:A
    or some dried apricots!
Bake on gas mark 5 for approx 18mins, but watch like a hawk so they don't go too golden! It's a while since I made them and it is from memory - but yum yum!!

Angelic - you are bonkers:rotfl: Hope you crack the DT code!

Good luck with the interview Andy!;) Hope you knock 'em dead (and chuck us a few quid when you get the "massive" job!)

Just been out with a friend for drinks and eats. We had a salad which was so bland, plus the service was dire.
When they came to collect the plates and did the usual "Was everything alright?" I said (very politely) "Not really, it was a bit bland to be honest".

My mate nearly slid off the chair and under the table with embarrassment - until the waitress came back and said
"We've knocked them off your bill". Result!

So an extra £4.75 in the pot please DT! (yes it was the cheapest and only veggie thing on the menu!)

    Night all x
