Hi folks

Sorry no pad yet again DT (I will make up for it:o).

Danko -WI at SW tonight and lost 1lb. Am well pleased with that as stuffed my face with BK and vino at weekend. Will try harder next week though (now where have i heard that before?:D)

oats are very healthy must be good for you my OH eats disgusting oat cakes with his morning tea and the mini DTs like them too but I think they are yuck but flapjacks sound good not my speciality I'm afraid though so can't help.

I stopped at my favourite ice cream shop yesterday had wild cherry and rum n raisin very yummy
The pizza shop that they also run is now doing chocolate pizza not too sure about that but their pizzas are yummy too

You should try Walkers (other brands available but walkers are the best!! ) sun dried tomato or cracked black pepper flavour!
