Just a quick one from me.
Had started writing a post replying to Silaqui and Angelic - Hiya :hello:

Then my friend just called round to tell me she's just lost her brother. He's been ill for some time, but still... I feel sad and stunned. He was only in his 40's, it's so sad.

Anyway, £1 pad for me tonight. Night all x

    Hello peeps PsstAny1Home.gif...

Hope that you are all ok ...

Paul - You are doing a great job with the daily totals ... much appreciated thanks-cat.gif ...

Andy - Well done on getting through your 1st week as a non smoker whoopee.gif.... Hope that your eye is better today eyesmiley.gif ...

Here's my Good and Bad for the day ...

The Good - PAD is £40.05

The Bad - Still CHOCCY bar free here !

Now the dreaded daily food diary ...
quarterpounder with cheese and chips ! Smileyeating.gif
    2 diet cokes ..
    salad sarnie ( made with " small bread " ! ) aprox 130 calories ) food31.gif ...

Diet wise .... A strange day for me ... I went to the wimpey for lunch and ate all my chips first ( don't you just love loads of burger sauce on them ! ? :p ) then only managed to eat half of the quarterpounder ... I was just too full to eat it all ! So i had to leave the other half on the plate ! .... Blo*dy hell my stomach must have shrunk ! ... I can't reemember that ever happening before ! ...

My daughter is walking around with a very bruised face at the moment .... she went to her friends house at the weekend .... and managed to " fall " onto a set of closed patio doors ( don't ask ! ) ..... Her nose is " black and blue " ... i'm surprised that she never broke it .... bruising is also starting to come out under her eyes as well .... She is looking for a summer job at the moment , so will have to " plaster " it with make up if she has any interviews this week ! .... What a great impression for any prospective bosses ! mood_sore.gif Blo*dy teenagers ! ...

Anyway enough of my ramblings :silenced:...

    Catch you all tomorrow ...

terri x kiss-1.gif( My total PAD for today is £40.05 )

No problem Terri. Thanks for all the artistic posts. Thank you to everyone else for their expressions of appreciation too.
I've not had much time for responding as work is keeping me busy and, believe it or not, I do have a life away from the PC screen and work (sometimes) :D .
I've made totalling the PADs very easy for myself. I have a simple spreadheet open while skim reading the thread and just pop the PADs in as I go. I must stress once more that I don't read every bit of every post so, if there is a PAD in a posting, it is important to highlight it in some way otherwise I might miss it.
