Hi danko...
Have you got a Quidco account ? ....
Re : Scratchcards ..... Basically you need to open a Bingo account eg Littlewoods Bingo , or Take a break bingo ( there are loads more to choose from ) ..... they give you a free scratchcard everyday .....
Do you do any " daily clicks " on any websites ? ... there is money to be made on these ! ...

Danko you can also join virgin they have a free scratchcard, you are only supposed to have one st minver account eg littlewoods and they have a free scratchcard, the Take a Break scratchcard no longer pays out in real money only bonus money so you let it build up to a few pound and then play bingo and hope you win. As Terri says you should join through quidco for any cashback there is a thread on free bingo and scratchcards. For some strange reason I haven't been able to get on the littlewoods site since Friday keep being timed out

Looked at the book tempting but as you have to restrict calories anyway just means I would have to eat less of everything else:rolleyes:
Doritos for breakfast sounds nice I had my usual porridge and fruit - no sugar skimmed milk fresh fruit - yummy.
Low fat beans on toast for lunch - OK but a bit boring
Going to have roast belly draft and veg for tea - not so good but I love crackling

DT .... How tall are you ? ..... I'm not sure why ... but i imagine you to be about 5ft 4 " ... although for some reason i imagine your oldest twins to be around 5ft 8" - 5 ft 9" ..... i don't know why i think that !
What the heck is " roast belly draft " ? ..... is it just " normal " pork belly ? .... or something different ?
Just as well that there's only 2 of us in this household as i love the crackling ! ..... best bit of it !!
