Looked at the book tempting but as you have to restrict calories anyway just means I would have to eat less of everything else:rolleyes:
Doritos for breakfast sounds nice I had my usual porridge and fruit - no sugar skimmed milk fresh fruit - yummy.
Low fat beans on toast for lunch - OK but a bit boring
Going to have roast belly draft and veg for tea - not so good but I love crackling

Evening All . . . Well my last Sunday shift had a bit of drama thrown in for good measure, a customer very nearly keeled over & had to be carted off by the paramedics . . . Hence 40 odd minutes of filling out incident forms etc . . .
My small change PAD is £2.98 to various pots . . .
Right let's have a catch up on folks days . . .DFW NERD# 1175Proud Member of Sealed Pot Challenge #5 ~ 1479 cashless_wonder~*DEBT FREE & LOVING IT*~0 -
