    Have any of you guys had a loan written off?

    To cut a long story short, I thought I was signing an HP agreement when it was actually a personal loan (although the agreement said motorloan) so I'm not sure if there is something I can do about it. I didn't realise that I wouldn't be able to take the car back and do a VT...I asked on the loan board a while back but didn't really get much help. I took the loan out with the understanding that I'd be able to cancel the agreement after a certain time but have since found out that it was an unsecured personal loan, if I wanted a personal loan I would have asked the bank!!! I'm now stuck with a loan that won't end for another 4years!
    Sorry not an expert on loans what about trying CAB?

    Don't have a CAB office here and tbh, I don't want to have to make an appointment with the CAB office 30 miles away!

    Living close to a mountain range isn't fun...the town gets packed with tourists in the summer then packed with eejits and their skis in winter!! Sorry if there are any skiers/boarders on here but the mentality of some of them really annoy me :p

    We're the eejits without the ski's :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Think how it would help the diet a 30 mile pram push :D OK I'm stumped but I am sure someone on here should be able to help shame about the loan board might be worth reposting to see if you get any better response :confused:

    I think I might have to but they're very judgemental!!

    I'm heading back to the gym as soon as I can, I really need to lose some weight! I don't like being fat in the summer, it helps in the winter time though!! :rotfl:

    I'm away now, bubba needs his milk. Will be back tomorrow! :D xx

    Just persuaded DH to wrap the last two presents for the mini DTs two wheelbarrows (a pink one and a blue one) be fun to see how he gets on :rotfl::rotfl: see when you are desperate for help in the garden even 4 year olds get roped in :D. Had to get more paper as I had underestimated and the wretched handles don't fold so should be an interesting shape - Krypton factor test I think :D

    Tomorrow when they are at school in the afternoon I have to assemble and ice two cakes a dinosaur one and a princess castle :rolleyes:

    OK clever clogs OH has managed to detach the handles I couldn't when I tried:confused:
