    Morning everyone,

An unexpected pad of £150. When I checked my gas and electric bill online this morning it showed as been in debit, so I've cleared as much as i can and will do the next in a week or so. So no pad to the cc today, but it's still monety towards a debt so I should be pleased!!

    Have a good day xx

  • Morning all,

Ive been away for a few days and look what happens your onto PAD number 4 and its taken me a gud 30mins to catch up on all that has been going on.

I am like the new thread so thanks for putting it together, it does make me feel extremely naughty however as i haven't PADDED for a few days . Due to one thing and another mainly lack of funds but i am back today. PAD for today is £2.

I did have a bit of a result though yesterday, my OH who hates going anywhere near the supermarkets did the weekly shop, which has saved me about £60, which i should beable to pad as soon as i think i can make it to the end of the month, and i have sold something on ebay and the funds are on thereway to me so once they arrive they shall be padded as well, so have gone from broke and wondering to not so broke and no need to spend so to say i am quite pleased is the understatement.

Oh ye i have also cut up my cc which i had for just in case - have decided if i cant pay cash then it will have to wait:T:j

May have to update my diary in a bit so much seems to be going on always comes at once.

Congrats all who are giving something up and losing weight and ofcourse padding :T

    Morning everyone,

PAD is £4.16 to HSBC CC

Really need to try and figure out some sort of plan of getting some extra money in, as of next month the lovely HSBC have decided that my interest rate of 19.9% isnt quite enough, so its going up to 27.8%!!!!!!!

Morning everyone and welcome to all the newbies.(Not so) closet geek and major david tennant fan here

Not technically a PAD I dont suppose as its not towards debts, but I've decided to save the £10 left from my weekly budget to go towards my trip to Alton Towers next week so I have a little spending money:o (already have the entrance and petrol money saved)Will buy me an ice cream if its sunny, and a hot drink if its not! And any change is next Sundays PAD sorted :D
Hiya DCM, a PAD is still a PAD, no matter where you send it too.... I'm saving for emergencies in my ISA, but still count that as a PAD...

Grr at HSBC (Horrible Scaby Bank of Conmen!) Flower, have you got somewhere you can BT that to?

Not having the greatest 5 minutes..... took the dog out for a walk with DS, and managed to lose my phone in a field:mad::eek: Thankfully I have a spare (if a little broken) phone, so Vodafone will be sending me out a new sim card... aparently my upgrade isn't due until January, and they won't reduce my tariff so I can get another one! A-holes! That has kinda ruined an otherwise sunny and lovely day so far :(

    Unfortunatly not no :(

The card is in OHs name but is a joint debt. OH tried applying for a balance transfer a few weeks ago and was rejected - im not surprised really as we both have a pretty poor rating.

Dont really want to get into the spiral of keep applying for things, so just going to have to accept it i think and really try put as much spare cash towards it.
