Hi , if it stated 'effective line rental' then this is a 'cashback by redemption' deal as can be seen from the invioce you posted which states ' 9 months half price line rental'. The effective line rental is the effective (averaged) price you pay taking into account that you have to claim back during the contract.If it had said that £12.50 was the actual line rental I think you would have a case. Its usually just a case of not paying attention to detail .0
