I `phoned on Friday and was actually pretty determined that I would actually cancell but the nice Scottish Lady in retentions department offered me 3 months full package at £20.25 per month so I`ve decided to stay . She also advised that if/when I tel back in 3 months to cancell I will almost definately get offerd exension of same deal so guess who I`m going to be calling in 3 months !:D

Just phoned sky, and they refused to offer me anything!!!!!!!! i will now be cancelling and going somewhere else!!!!! bit miffed about it really, considering other people have been offered offers!!!

I rang them back, i was so miffed at not getting an offer, spoke to a different woman and was offered half price for 3 months!!! HURRAH
