DUTR your hopeless, you will struggle to pull a small tendon with chat up lines like that one:mad: look at the colour of me you two have made me go puce. I dont look good in that colour. so the fine romance is dead in the water then is it. well all I can say is DUTR if I just bore witness to your best pulling technique you are undeserving of the lovely Zara.

"I'm guessing its because they have powers now, they did not have before. They seem to take advanatge of their new powers and assume all NRP's are criminals and treat them as such. I have a Penalty assessment in place despite me never knowing about it and paid my daughter directly. The MEF was clearly sent to the wrong address (given by PWC) as a way to get back at me from all those years ago, because I left her.

In hindsight now I should have contacted the CSA (but if you don't know, what do you do?), but so too should the PWC. I never knew this assessment was ever in place until after 10 years (from when they say the EMA was set up). You hear and read more and more of this happening. The case will be thrown out at tribunal as they have flimsey and inaccurate information. Still waiting to see if they reduce the orginal EMA, I guess they won't do that. They look to rip the heart out of genuine NRP's and take them for every penny they have. This country has one great saying " innocent to proven guilty", well in the eyes of the CSA all NRP's are already guilty. The mentality needs to change. Too many PWC's are bitter too and will lie to through their back teeth to get back at the person they used to be married or partner to. This is never a consideration, thats why the system is flawed from top to bottom. I have seen of my notes from many years ago and how these people go about their business, with sarcastic comments and attempts to discredit the NRP. Have a feeling in my case the DOB is wrong or something similar and that might be the confusion> Who knows

I assume the government set them targets to get the millions of arrears reduced and they act like militant organisation with free reign to act as they wish. Look, I have no sympathy for fathers who abscond and never have paid for their childrens up-keep, but in my case the PWC was happy to take money each week, knowing this assessment was in place/ ( I assume she did). Now you are basically told it is classed as pocket money, the EMA is set on the basis that you earn 30k plus per year (never earned that in my life) and when you provide proof they try all sorts of means to take this money from you without even listening to reasoning. The reason used is often used for the up-keep of the child, well my daughter is no longer a child, but an adult in her twenties who as just got married. I have a great relationship with her, but she is powerless to do anything about it, even though she can confirm payments were sent and received.

I too cannot see why the CSA cannot amend figures, though to be honest I'm not sure yet if they have pursued this avenue and still await confirmation. My dreaded fear is that even though I am right, they will continue with the figure, put me under more stress, attend tribunals they have no proff to bring to the table, adjourn then start the whole process again."

Steeeerewth Blimey:eek: how did/are you coping with this? what do you do to help yourself whilst you lurch from one CSA crisis to the next? btw despite your problems its good to read that you have a nice relationship with your daughter:D (i'm sick of that inane grin but I cant make it click on a nice ordinary smile)

I like Soubrettes comments she is of a mind of just shut your moaning best foot forward do something about it. wish I was more like her, at times i've felt so bad I didnt really consider leaving my husband not really but the thought crossed my mind that all this crup would go away if I wasnt living in the same house as him. Sadly I think many a marriage/relationship has come a cropper for these reasons.
How do you keep yourself sane blimey?
