I suspect at 16 a child doesn't need "permission" to stay with the PWC, by 16 they should be old enough to choose where they stay. I don't think there is anything stopping the child from moving in with the NRP.

I'm NRPP and when I met my hubs (NRP), he was single - so I'm not scarlet woman, BUT as soon as mad ex (PWC) found out about me, she stopped all access.

When we had our 1st child together I got nasty letters calling our child a bas***d, strange as i had married hubs by then and hers were born out of wedlock!! Over the years she has stalked us, written nasty letters, made many nasty or anonymous phone calls, accused us or lifestyle Richard Branson would be envious of etc etc. I just think it's such a shame that this 'lady' is now in her mid 40's and has for the past 15 years been consumed with bitterness, hatred and malice, surely no man is worth that - why didn't she hold her head high, have some self-respect and move on in life - sh** happens , we've all been hurt at some point in life.

But - sorry it's the female in me - when we saw her at Tribunal, I was deeply shocked at how awful she looked - the bitterness had certainly taken it's toll if you know what I mean - meooow , so what goes around will come around shortly - we hope , and it won't help her scrub up any better - sorry :rolleyes:

:TI wouldnt say anything to the child because I wouldnt want him to go home and say to his mother 'well when i'm 16 i'm leaving stuff you blah blah blah' that wouldnt do any of us any good. but that gives me a great feeling. He can choose where he wants to be.

This was a horrible incident but pwc took us to court again cant remember why this time but this time we threw everything we had at it and I was convinced that we would get the child living with us. this was awful but the court gave us rights and visiting times but then the judge declared that the child had to go home with mum, the child was gutted and we had to take him back nothing we could do about it but it felt bad and I was really stunned I really believed that we would get him living with us.
well 24 months to go maybe:D if I put it like that it sounds great. Anyone out there take heart, your situation will get better it cannot last forever even though at times you may feel you will be on your way to meet your maker first:D

well said, what goes around comes around and the nasty pwc hasnt realised that their child wont always be a child:D and btw dont apologies for the cattiness a little cattiness is allowed now and again and we wouldnt be human if we didnt feel like that sometimes. I've had my moments which i'm not very proud of but they were the exception not the rule and usually caused by exceptional circumstances beyond my control.

Eh Zara your a little love you are, I had hoped 16 but didnt want to set myself up for disappointment easier to think i've got 5 years to do and batten down the hatches so to speak then I get a bonus if it stops when he's 16.

Aw :jthe love tryst has begun, i'll leave you to get to know each other now Zara remember this my duck, she who is picky will sit on the shelf gathering dust and a thick layer of dust is not a good look. you could do worse DUTR is a lovely chap look he's come after you.

DUTR dont give up my sweets your a lovely young man just remember this when the going gets tough faint heart never won fair lady and you want to win the fair Zara dont you. so off you go lad watch your ps and qs while your at it (it cant hurt lad):D
