Spud how far away is your nearest shop? You can generally buy cheap ibuprofen from a corner shop if not most places will have nurofen. ibuprofen is an anti inflammatory so might resolve the problem as well as deal with the pain, you can take regular dose paracetamol alongside them if it doesn't touch all the pain for you....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
