No Maz, didnt get bra's as they were the wrong sizes grrrr. Will have a look when we are in leeds if I get a chance. Actually who has a shock absorber, what style have you all got and are the sizes quite accurate? There are a few on ebay but don't want to buy if they aren't going to fit!

Oh and the asda one is ok still just when I caught my reflection running down the high street a while back I noticed that it really doesn't give a lot of support and quite a bit of bounce going on...black eyes at the ready

ibuprofen is an anti inflammatory so might resolve the problem as well as deal with the pain, you can take regular dose paracetamol alongside them if it doesn't touch all the pain for you....

    Right, I have my tablets.

I'm guessing I should still go to the doc tomorrow? Yes, I will coz I want to ask about the itching after exercising :D

Afternoon folks. I've missed you all so much. My blooming firewall and antivirus software kept blocking a few of my favourite websites like MSE (and personal banking) but keep your finger's crossed and we've finally fixed the problem...

I've got tons to catch up on I'm sure but boy have I missed you guys. Love and hugs to all
