Inserts very very jealous smilie. I just like the fact that its very much an outdoor lifestyle which suits me :) I hate being stuck inside in the pouring rain and cold for months on end.
Where in Auss do you think you might go?

Hubbles is quite keen to look at Perth because there's a large South African community there so he'll get the best of both. Melbourne also a possibility. But his is what the scouting mission is to help with.

The only downside is telling my Mum we're taking her grandson so far away...

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY IA!

Hope everyone is ok today, and good luck Sammy xxxxxx

Most go and log my food on food focus now!

my mum lives in Oz, she's a nurse and she has been living in a town aobut 1 hr from Brisbane for about the last 4 or 5 years. She's decided to have a change of scenery and decided to work in Perth for about 6 mths.

Well done Bun - both on getting on the scales and facing your fears :p and on getting on the cross trainer. I always forget how good I feel after and have to push myself to get on and do something!

    2 questions:

What is a 30 day shred?
    What is food focus?

I love Brisbane..but think Melbourne has a great cafe culture and great for the arts, nights out. Ideally living an hour out of melbourne near beach. Never went to perth but it also has a very high Brit/Irish community

One thing that makes me think twice about Perth is that its supposed to be quite windy:confused:

My FIL is making a veggie patch in his back garden but I don't think I'll get much chance to go and help out as I don't drive:cool: When we eventually get a house we'll definitely be having a veg patch!

Luc you dont need a garden for a veg patch. Mine are all in pots/grow bags... however its my first 'full' crop so if it works or not is another matter  :rotfl:
