Hi,
I have always been registered for online billing with vodaphone since i got the contract phone ..
My latests bill that i desperately need to get a copy of is available now online, but for some reason i cant find my way in and its asking me tor egister for online billing. I have already registered but thought i would try to re-register and it just brings up a 'register your company ' page??!!!
Is anyone else having trouble pls?

On a similar note does any have problems with the balance enquiry ,call 191 and select the text containing summary of usage - mine shows 8363 minutes its never been right.0

Please would some kind soul advise me, being a usual online billing vodaphone member, if they can still log in online and access their bill..its driving me crazy now..for 2 days i havnt been able to do this but dont know if its just me?

Hi Bubbles,
I have just tried to acccess vodafone - I have no problems.
Click on My Vodafone (tab on the top row)
Click on "Register or Log In" on the right hand side.
Type in your Username - usually your email address and then your password.
You will then have access to your bill.
I shall be online for a wee while let me know if you have any problems.

bless you lady inver.. i said i had forgotten my password (i hadnt) and re-registered a different one and now its showing my bill. How bizarre! x0

bump this , is anyone having problems with this . i registered for the first time and cannot access my online bill at all. first it said it could not attach my mobile number to my account numer (or something like that) now its just giving an error ... been like this for weeks... its a bit bad of vodaphone really if its been down for this long.0

Working for Vodafone, I may be able to offer advice.
Judging by what you've said, it may be something simple at our end that's preventing you from accessing online billing.
In order for us to rectify it, we will need to see your account. If you go to https://www.vodafone.co.uk, then contact us, you can send us an email. By including FIT135 in the body of the text, the email will be routed to a team who monitor the forums and will be able to help.0 -
hi, i called to upgrade my account and mentioned it then, they reset my account and asked to re register. I re registered but still the same, it keeps saying "This account number for this mobile phone number is not valid. Please contact Customer Care for assistance". I emailed before without your ref but no response...... I will try and re email with the ref number you mentioned to see if that helps.
