    Wow this is getting daft now and you're really getting the run around. I can assure you CPW give the blackberry bolt-on free of charge, as to how you get it then good luck!

    that is CPW customer service for you, they reown for it and not surprise getting the runaround. Probably need to call CPW head office to get it sorted (look at saynoto0870 website for telephone number) :-( (if it is possible with CPW.) Its one reason why ppl avoid CPW for things like this :-). On a plus side get Orange ./ T-mobile from there and most time it is unlocked :-D

    i changed my web bolt on to blackberry bolt on, cost me £2.50 extra a month

    i'm with o2 online though, and was done immediately
