Is it wrong that I am eagerly awaiting the outcome of Coronation St's property development story? As Corrie was pretty early with it's recessionary stories, having Joe unable to sell his flats at their original price and Joe's kitchen company go down the toilet because no-one wants new kitchens.
And tonight, in the auction room, the mum went off for a pee just as the lot came up. Ceiling of £50k ... and when mum came back the young 'uns had just had the hammer go down on £54,750.

    Seems a fairly accurate price:

,,,,,,,,,,and it is a woman's right to lie or be mysterious.

If anyone has watched the current series of "Heir Hunters"; the bloke who phones people on spec. to make appointments for a rep. to sign them up; he had a really good near rant about women who lied on their marriage certificates, thus making his job very much more difficult.
(ie you are looking for miss Smith who was 27 in 1921 so she cannot possibly be the Mrs Jones (nee Smith) who has just got married aged 24 in 1922 even though they both have a dad called John Smith.)

Looks like another [STRIKE]repeat[/STRIKE] recap episode tonight. Probably worth skipping the first 45 minutes.

This week it's some single guy in a caravan, a shared ownership deal, a new build bought at peak, an ex BTL empire in Manchester, someone who lives in a crate on Felixstowe docks, a guy whose so poor he sleeps in a crematorium, a Scotsman who lives in Malaysia and rents out his mothers house for ten bob a week, a teacher who rents and saves, and finally a hermit who lives in the worlds smallest apartment. Oh and the guy who moved his entire family to Australia.
