I agree with LIR, best to keep all the shows in one thread, we can then pull it from the depths in 2020 when everyone is yet again saying......property only goes up, you can't lose with bricks and mortar, the fall in prices that we are seeing are only a blip, there will be no crash or I'll eat my hat.........etc.... you get the picture.:D

I'll be watching ... not sure if I'll be typing though. Did some of that "work" malarky today, takes it out of you (even if you weren't actually doing very much at all), the whole getting up at Silly O'clock in the morning, showering/getting dressed, commuting, being all 'corporate' for X hours, joining the big queues to get home ... just in time for the sun to have gone cool... then there's STILL the whole "what am I having for tea" thing.... so right now... just about to eat something I threw together .... and might even fit a snooze in by 8pm0 -

Do you think the board will last to the end of the series though, nevermind 2020?0 -

Not sure, what i would say is that most of the boards on here are utterly useless for 'moneysaving', yet the board that could literally save you thousands of pounds has been hidden. With it being one of the most popular sites on the internet and with current 'ramping with no substance' in the media, I can only think that Martin has been 'told' to hide the board otherwise something unpleasent my happen to him the next time he goes hill walking.0 -
