Congratulations candice, on the birth of Jacob and good luck to Stargirl! :j
I'm still exhausted....think that this might be around to stay now! It's been pretty hot in Belgium too and now that my hayfever has started too I am hoping for some rain soon!
37 weeks today, so I have stopped all my medication, except the things for the fibroid...so that is a big relief. I have had a little word with the bump and explained that I really would quite like it if he waited until at least after the weekend, so that I can get my admission paper from my doctor on Friday and also get to go on the shopping trip which keeps on being postponed because of trips to the hospital! No doubt three weeks will come and go and then I shall be willing him to get a move on!
I'm trying to nest a bit at the moment...I cleaned the bathroom this morning and the rest of the flat is pretty tidy too...but my back starts hurting whenever I am up for too long...and I'm not that desperate to clean :rotfl:. I hate ironing too...so that nearly finished me off yesterday, even though I did it sitting down in front of Midsomer Murders.:jBaby boy, Hugh, born on the 8th June 2009, weighing 2.5kg:j0 -

Hi ladies & bumps, Ive been trying to catch up on the old thread but gave up sorry. There were too many pages for me! Ive been at the midwife this morning and everything went well, all my blood tests so far have come back fine and I got to hear the heartbeat :j Felt a bit mean that OH wasnt here as I told hime he didnt really need to come to the appt, no point him wasting holidays from work when he'll want to be off with bubs but I hadnt thought about them letting me hear this.
Oh well, he sounded happy enough when I told him anyway. Its a shame my phone doesnt have voice recording really. I found out my hospitals changing too, luckily the new ones right behind the old one! I thought it was purely a childrens hospital but its got brand spanky new delivery suites too. It'll only have been open four months when Im due so should be great.
Soo glad its cooler today too, Ive taken the day off work to have some repairs done on my house and because I was at the midwife first thing so just need to decide what to do with the rest of my day.
Hows everyone else doing? (just realised how much Ive wrote, sorry!)Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -

No noone was allowed out - i dont know what happend with the dogs - accidents i suppose.
Sami - this is the first armed robbery in living memory here:eek: I couldnt live anywhere where this sort of activity were common - i would be a nervous wreck. In the city where i live we are only just getting used to armed police when we host sporting events etc - since the london bombings - they are not a common sight even in our city centre. i supposed if i lived in london for example i would see them all the time - didnt see many of them in 2000 though when i lived in east london for a year of uni0 -
I think i better stop refreshing MSE every 5 seconds and get off my backside and get a shower.
If only i could get my brain to pass the message along to my legs...0 -
