Im going to look at it like the leaflets you get with packs of painkillers that list all the side effects but that you rarely ever get iyswim

Im going to look forward till tomorrow. I like Fridays, good tv on.

Having an off day, my consultant said this morning my CS wont be straightforward as my placenta will p!ss blood and i could be at risk of needing an em hysterectomy and she had to tell me there was risk of death or intensive care and blood transfusions.

Freaked me out.

I dont think I reacted well.

I got DH to take today off work (hes self employed so was no big deal)
and take me for some retail therapy.

Im still feeling dazed and very scared about the CS now, but there's nothing I can do really but try not to overeact or worry too much.

I still feel like I've been hit with a sledgehammer though.

Of Course you are going to panic and want to get away from it all, thats what normal sane people do

hiya. been lurking a bit tonyt.
mrs m - think the possible side effects outlook on it is a good way to go. thoughts with ya.
had a rough night last night sleep-wise. so am a bit withdrawn today.
had antenatal appointment today, doc says that bbubbas head is down, bum to the left and feet in my right-hand side ribs! - i could have told her that!!!!! lol.
any idea how to squeeze bubbas feet down or over a bit more?
