Well done Honey. I couldn't manage 16 widths, nevermind lengths. You should keep it up. I hate swimming, got a real thing about having water around my chest, feel like I can't breathe, but once bubs is old enough I will be taking her regularly. I never learned to swim (well, sort of) until I was 11 and I'm determined that she will be far more confident in the water than I am. Maybe it'll even help me lose any left over baby weight.
Getting really fed up with everyone commenting on how big I am now. Even my mother who, as a size 26 really ought to know better, was talking about dieting. I've never been on a diet in my life and I have no intention of starting now. I'll be healthy, and do stuff with bubs but no way am I going to obsess over it.

Morning everyone !
Had a really bad nights sleep, just could not get comfy at all in bed and was constantly waking up !!
Anyway, not long to go now and I will be able to lay down without being in agony !! Still no sleep though, but I can live with that

zgaze/lou/jennynoo - sorry I didn't get to reply as we were at friends last night and I went straight to bed after getting home. Having bubs at St Tommy's b/c when I went to GP to get MW referral, she really really recommended it even though it wasn't the closest. Said they have excellent MWs and birth centres, so I was sold. OH has had various things done there before, so we know it pretty well & like it.

Have only lived in this area for a couple of months, actually! Moved here to get a 2-bed place as we were starting to TTC. Like the area.

On a general point, last night we told a group of friends about the baby! LOL, everyone was really excited, but it was so WEIRD as it's first time we've told anyone much less a large group. Our friends actually cracked open a bottle of champagne they had around, which was really sweet!! Totally unexpected...now I'm terrified of telling the in-laws, LOL I get really embarrassed in big group situations like that when the attention's on me!

Am not too bad today though, the pain in my pelvis from the physio on Monday has eased off quite a bit, so can move around a lot more today.
