please help me ladies. am i being irrataional:
i love my OH dearly. but am getting more and more aggravated by him recently. He is a keen hunter and fisherman. meaning that he is out from early morn on sat & sun - pretty much every weekend. This has occured since we started going out, so am kina used to it, and thats not really my problem.
But sincehe lost his job in November, he has just been doing homers here and there for friends etc, but alas a little bit more fishing etc. His hobbies mean that he keeps dogs, therefore he is out for no less than half hour, if not up to 1 1/2 hours every night, cleaning, feeding, walking them.
so when tonight he goes out with this friends for a pint and says he wont be late, and then texts to say to leave a key under the mat that he is gonna be late, it really infuriates me.
firstly, the money situation - we, sorry, I just scrimped my last £5 today to get milk and bread, and now the electric is singing to me. and secondly, i do not get even 5 minutes to myself to do something with just me. I have DD all day every day and soon to have another. I think i may go mad.

please tell me i am not being unreasonable to be slighly annoyed and upset right now!?? or is it my hormones?

no carla, its not just you, I would be annoyed too !!!
Dont know what to say, other than tell him how you feel, and ask him to cut down on the fishing trips !!

Carla, if it were me the first thing I would do is a budget with him so you can work out how much money he is aloud for drinking etc. Then perhaps you need to plan some activities for the two of you together.

have done so many times that im blue in the face!!
we keep aranging a day a week for him to take her for me, but something always comes up.
also = what do i do with myself without her!??? i would be sooo bored.

My time without Jasmine is for having a face mask or a foot soak or just sitting down with a book !!
It doesnt happen that often other than when she is at school on my day off, but now I'm on mat leave I get time to myself every day when she is at school and spend all my time on here !!

thats why i feel as if im being irrational: he doesnt spend a lot of money usually, and never ever goes to the bar! and he isnt away just because; his friend is on a weeks leave, and this is last time both of them are free to meet up before he goes back to afghan. so in a way i feel as if i cant complain cos its not a usual thing and is quite a special occassion!

as for the activities for us together; a babysitter is very hard to come across for us unfortunately!
