morning girls
- i have a bin that is packed to the brim, and we totally missed the binmen this morning. its not being emptied for another fortnight, what on earth am i gonna do with all the rubbish for 2weeks!?!??? :eek:

on a more baby-wise note, had a very active bump last night, constantly moving and kicking around, which meant i was up moving around a lot too to get comfy!!
headin to mother n toddler group this morning and then to view a house with my sister.
breakfast first obviously.....!!!

Can I share your breakfast Carla? Not really got much in and since I can hardly walk can't really get out to get anything. Do have some coffee and walnut cake and some mini eggs though:rolleyes:

Just trying to get up the energy to have a shower. I don't do pain!!! Feeling pretty scummy though so really need to get off my bum.

On the plus side, since I couldn't do anything yesterday, I've nearly finished fairy godsons cross stitch piccy for his nursery. Since it looks like I'm sofa bound again today I have high hopes of finishing it by tonight.

Lovely colleague just came up to me and said I don't look any different and am 15 weeks this week. My next midwife appointment isn't for another 2 weeks - hope it won't be bad news. Was beginning to think a couple of weeks ago I wouldn't be able to hold out much longer for maternity wear and suddenly this week all my clothes (admittedly not my 12's but my 14's) feel OK.

Argh. Pregnancy paranoia! Tell me I am not the only one!

Hi i ve been lurking around this thread for a while now and as i am now 13 weeks, and had a scan on Sunday. I would like to be able to join if thats ok. Also a quick question as anyone else got a bicornuate womb, ( Heart shaped womb) ? I found out i had one many years ago and this is my 2nd pregnancy but had a m/c at 11 weeks about 8 years ago. So this is the 1st time i ve got to 13 weeks. Spoke to the m/w about it and she did not seem too worried. However i have never meet anyone else with is ? My edd is the 15th of dec. thank you

elasti - good luck with your scan today, hon. I'm sure the baby is absolutely fine and will be jumping around the screen for you to see! Even if it's too small to do the nuchal (since you're coming off a MC, your dates might be off a bit...mine definitely were even without having had a MC!), you'll still get to see its arms & legs and hear the heartbeat!! Hey, it might even be older than you think!

Hi Lou and welcome. Congrats on getting to 13 weeks. Fingers crossed for you.

I've never heard of a heart shaped womb, but I'm sure if it was any cause for concern then the midwife would have said something and probably referred you for consultant care. They did for me because of my endometriosis and that can only be improved by pregnancy so they don't take any chances as far as I can see.

Relax as best you can and enjoy your pregnancy.

Carla, regarding your bin, can you not empty it and take it to a recycling plant or dump. In the heat you would be best not leaving it there for another 2 weeks or all sorts could come alive.

Just realised I was 37 weeks yesterday, so I am officially full term :eek:. I have received a barrage of emails today from all the baby clubs saying "your baby could arrive any day now" & "make sure your prepared" etc. which makes it all very real!
