Aless, my cycle was all over the place too so I never set my date at my LMP and let the scan date me. EDD are only a guide anyway as bubs will only come when they want to and as you can see on here very few come on that date. Just go on the end of December'ish and itstops you from that great let down as due dates come and go. I agree with MM though, fantastic to get an extra scan. Hope you feel better later. XXX

No shops like that MM, all art galleries and gift shops. Could send her a fossil!

If she were an average girl I would send one of the handmade bracelets that my DD likes, but they are so scruffy looking they don't wear stuff like that. Feel soo sorry for them.

thanks for looking on the bright side, ladies! I do get an extra peak at bubs out of all this, so that's 1 positive thing . I know I shouldn't have gotten so attached to my EDD, so I'll try really hard in the future just to let things come - I just got stuck on this idea that I really wanted it born before 2010!

Tara - you can buy gift vouchers for some places from the post office or from supermarkets. I know you can get Debenhams vouchers in Sainsbury, I know that isn't ideal for your niece, but I don't know what other options there are.
