Mookie - When were you planning on working until?

Was going to work until this Friday as I'm due the following Friday. But I have has alot of goings on in my tummy over the weekend (I dont feel confident to say whether they are contractions!!) but suffice to say it only subsided at 3:30am this morning.

I think I am slightly in denial that this baby could come at any moment and I have had a funny feeling about baby coming on 12th June from the start (lets call it mother's intuition!!).

Time to call it a day I think!!

Lovely pic Sami. Well done! XXX

Good luck SM, all those pains last night must have been doing something.

I'm really cross this morning. Just text my sister asking what sort of cd's my neice likes as it's her birthday soon. She answered asking for the new Now cd for her at bl00dy £12. She sent my kids absolute rubbish for their birthdays, in fact DS's was 2 sizes too small (a 2pk peacocks tops) and she said she didn't have the receipt to return them when I asked so I gave them to a neighbour so he had nothing, DD had peacocks pyjamas. I know it's not about the money really but I do think she is taking the p!ss a little. Me and my brother always stick to the same budget so we know where we are.

Carla - I think it was because I was more over his side than mine. I'm sure he could have squeezed in behind me, instead of waking me up!
Mookie - I was planning on working as close as I can, hence my curiosity. Obviously, if things start to become to difficult then it's time to stop.

Morning all. Just got into work after what was supposed to be my nuchal scan. Turns out the baby's too small to do it (I'm supposed to be at 12+2, but was measuring at 11+1-2) :(. Quite annoyed because I was getting rather attached to my EDD of right before Christmas! Also have to go back in 2 weeks to do the scan AGAIN...am still hoping maybe baby will miraculously have caught up with dates by then, but I know that's not really a reasonable hope :(.

Not the end of the world, I realise, but I guess semi-depressing to be one week behind where I thought I was on development, you know? Wish I could've just had a normal cycle!

I've just text her back saying it is too expensive, never go over £10 incuding postage. Just looked at New Look vouchers but they have postage costs of £1.50 on top of the voucher. I was thinking of a chart cd at about £8 that I could post on. My neice is not the talking sort unfortunatly. She'll be 13 and went off the rails nearly a year ago, sister has no control whatsoever. I'm afraid I strongly, strongly disagree with their upbringing so I keep my distance which sounds terrible but I can't keep my mouth shut! :o
