Talking of MILs, it's my MIL's birthday tomorrow. I have bought her a nice shirt from Per Una and some anti wrinkle cream! :rotfl:

Hoping she doesn't take offence!! ha ha. She has been really paranoid about her neck getting old recently, but she would never treat herself to any beauty products, so it is meant to be a nice gesture, not an insult!!

I told DH on the phone and he thinks it's a revenge attack for the stretch mark cream she bought me!

My 'best' friend (we've been mates since we were 11 and were each others chief bridesmaid/ matron of honour bought me for my birthday (just under 7 months pg) some benefit jiggle jelly. SHe has also bought me before whilst pg under eye cream for bags, anti cellulite cream, anti aging cream.... do you thnk she's trying to tell me something?!:rotfl::rotfl:

Bizarrely she traeted me to a fab (& expensive) facial for no reason last year and teh therapist commented on how nice my skin was and that I didn't look my age (then 38) - mate was miffed she doesn't get comments like that - but she IS a heavy smoker, so that may be something to do with it. ALthough my eyes are crinklier than hers - I blame 4 kids and sleepless nights :rolleyes:(and a shi* for a husband doesn't help)

No wonder you have better skin than her - she has been buying you all the lotions and potions and forgot to get herself some!! ha ha.
