It will probably show to you, but not to anyone else - if you have another account or friend/OH with one get them to double check but it shouldn't show at all to others!

Also, on my wall there is a note that says I posted a message to the group! I've removed that from my wall now, but I don't know why it's happened, as I followed Beenie's instructions.

Yep this happened to me too as i missed a setting - i mentioned it here:

Settings > applications > groups > edit settings > additional settings > Untick 'groups has permission to publish streams"

Because i wrote on the wall of group and it showed for me on my wall that i'd done it if that makes sense

Also, is there any way of removing it from my groups list?

Not the individual group from the list, but the whole groups list can be removed

Stops people seeing anything about any groups you're in. BUT the MSE group is private anyway so would only show on your profile to others in that group.

I'm so tired, but can't go to bed as I told DH I'd pick him up. I've no idea what time he's planning on coming home. Hopefully it won't be too much longer.

I hate going to bed when he's not here in case I wake up in the morning and he's not back and something has happened (irrational, I know), so I said I may as well pick him up as I wouldn't go to bed anyway.

I'm just so tired now though.

That's what's odd...I did that last night and double-checked it tonight when I saw the message on my wall and it's definitely saved.

The only thing I can think of is that I did it after I'd posted the message, but I can't remember . I'll have to keep an eye on it next time I post a message.

Yeh he can and he would if I phoned him and asked him to. I'll give him another 30mins to see if he rings for a lift, and if he doesn't I'll ring him and ask him grab a taxi.

The worst thing is that he asked me about three times before he went whether I was sure I wanted to pick him up (I offered) and I assured him I would be OK to .
