    I can point to exactly where the sore bit is, it's only a small area that's sore - right on my hip joint. But it's sore all the time, even when I'm not moving theres a dull ache. And OMG if I lie on it in bed :eek:

    have you got an Ethel austin store near you? They often have cheap Shock Absorbers..

    just checked, nearrest store to you is Winton, bournemouth...

    There is one in Merrion centre in Leeds though, we could make a point of going there for a look.... only 2 more weeks

    I doubt i will make it to bournemouth before race. They did have a couple in TX max but not my size which was a shame as they were only 6.99

    just to ask... silly question maybe but its something ive never done before...

    how to i cook a baked potato? i've took off th eyes (arg), brushed them cleanish, wrapped them in foil now they in the oven n cookin (i stabbed em before i put em im also)

    how long i cook for etc?

    Go see a doctor and get it Xrayed.

    Believe me, I've had *all* sorts of investigations over the years, and if they were all as easy as an X ray, I'd be a lot happier...
