    thanks Bookie, tis common courtesy.

I think what has upset me more than anything is that DD1 tried to interfere which blew the issue all out of proportion then OH rang and added his twopence worth .....big sigh i think i should just go to bed...

er Sammy - it is YOUR house. YOU make the rules. OH hasn't been home for over a week and shouldn't be trying to run things from a distance.
Tell THEM to go to bed!

Sammy, wait til DD2 really needs a lift to somewhere important.......refuse, then explain to her that the next time she is out with her freinds that she should txt at least twice ( depending on length of time out ) because a relationship is a two way thing that deserves MUTUAL respect. When she respects your feelings and worries then you can respect her needs to be with her friends.
I know how hard that is to stick to, but if you dont it will only get worse.

Sammy don't go into meltdown hun. I think she should really have phoned to tell you after all its your house and if she wants to be treated like an adult she needs to act like one.

Why is spending time with babies so tiring? I feel more shattered than after a day's gardening.
Got my home Group soon - hope it's lively or I shall be snoring!
I've had my hair cut - it's a bit shorter than normal!

I once chucked my daughter out over a game of Monopoly. :D
She always bent the rules to win so i did the same 1 night. She went into melt down so I told her to get out. She went and we both played a waiting game for about 2 weeks. She came back much changed and more appreciative.
She was in her 20's so a bit different.

Something definitely popped when I was walking, and it's been sore since. Not just to walk on, but to lie on in bed etc. It's only a very small area that hurts, not like I've torn a muscle or anything.

If I got to the doc, he'll just send me down the hospital for an xray

An X-Ray is completely painless, unlike a normal Ex...

You lie on a table, the operators scatter like they're filling the room with ionising radiation, and there's a buzz. And you get up off the table and go home and curse the waiting and the car-parking charge.
