    Not much that will help with it really except for extreme suncream with filters and antihistamine for the itching.........it makes you bloody miserable too. I get it on my hands so bad that I can barely move my fingers:o

    I dont have a rash Lou. It's more in the skin rather than on it if you know what I mean.

    From what I understand, it's to do with the body producing histamines when we get really hot. I itch after a hot bath too :confused:

    In severe cases it can lead to anaphylaxis :eek:
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:
