Have you had proper test for allergies? It could be something else but the minor intollerances are being made worse because of it - if that makes sense.
Not sure what's in them, might be worth trying a different anti-histamine.

For anyone struggling in the sun, I've started using Piz Buin Allergy Factor 50+ sun cream, and it's helping sooooo much.

I had to remortgage the house to buy it (£16 I think), but luckily I only react badly on my face so one bottle should last all summer.

Every year I have to hide indoors every time there's the slightest bit of sun, even winter sun can cause my skin to blister, but this seems to stop that happening.

Even after my run in the sun on Sunday, 2 hours in scorching heat, I only had a few tiny blisters and a bit of redness.

OMG I just looked up from typing this and a HUGE black cat was sitting on my living room floor staring at me!!!

I suffer with itchy skin/sun allergy too - mines like little blisters/bumps under the skin on my upper arms and chest, although this year they're going down my forearms too.....slightest bit of sun or over heating and they itch so much I could cry.

The only thing that helps is the drowsy anti histimines....the non drowsy ones just don't help.

My doctor said - you're allergic to the sun - don't go out in it....helpfull!

Hope it eases off soon x

Mine's not spots/blisters, just really itchy on my body, arms and upper legs. The trouble is, I have long finger nails, and scratch so much I look awful :o

How drowsy do the tablets make you? I work with children, and cant be nodding off

Yes hun, I've had the allergy tests because I suspected the nut allergy. They then tested loads of other things, and gave me the list.

The exercise thing has only started recently (because I'm exercising for the first time since I left school 20 odd years ago :o)
