    I feel really :( today

My allergies are getting me down, and seem to be getting worse. I cant even exercise or sit out in the sun without getting really itchy skin. I take Tesco antihistamines but they dont seem to help apart from with the hay fever :o

Lots of things Gemmzie, and the list just keeps getting longer

Just recently, I've noticed since I started exercising, my skin has been really itchy. It turns out to be a reaction to the histamines produced during exercise. Sitting out in the sun gives the same itchiness.

I'm also allergic to grass and tree pollen, dust, dust mites, nuts, cats, dogs, apples cherries. The list goes on.

I've been taking Tesco's 1 a day antihistamines (because they're cheaper than a prescription :o ) but I think I might need to go to the doc :(

I suffer with itchy skin/sun allergy too - mines like little blisters/bumps under the skin on my upper arms and chest, although this year they're going down my forearms too.....slightest bit of sun or over heating and they itch so much I could cry.

The only thing that helps is the drowsy anti histimines....the non drowsy ones just don't help.

My doctor said - you're allergic to the sun - don't go out in it....helpfull!

Hope it eases off soon x
