Whilst its possible the other persons details may help you, may I suggest that you start your own thread and copy/scan the pcn/nto, both sides, and host on tinypic and put the url on the post leaving off the http://

Good work at piecing it all together.

The shock and awe tactic.

Hit them with everything and blag a little (the pushchairs, wheelchairs and mobility scooters bit) and due to their incompetence in knowng the legislation in any real depth, they will struggle to present a counter argument to each point and will hide their incompetence from an adjudicator by submitting a no contest.

hi, amazing work people, tho I must say when reading it my eyes go a bit crossed and my brain hurts. I've got lots of grounds I'm going to appeal on but wanted to use MF17's letter as the final blow. Can I just delete Westminster council and inserting Ealing. Would that be ok? Or do I have to do some research to ensure that Ealing are a SEA?

I'm going to hand in on Friday in person. Just say if you'd like to see a copy of it when it's done tomorrow aftn?

PS MF17 - on final letter your reg and name are visible... maybe re-scan?

I must be blind but I can't see where you mean. Which letter and what date? Too late to rescan now but I think only you guys will be looking. Thanks for pointing this out.

Wow, you've just taught me a lesson.. you're right, the blacked out blocks are not visible in the PDF but if you select text, copy to clipboard and paste into Word... the blacked out blocks become live again.. What on earth was the point of having blocked out blocks in Acrobat? I think we should be told! Anyhoo. Am utterly amazed at your work. Really. And am really very grateful for you sharing your time and effort. I will do likewise if it helps. But pray, could you tell me if I can just insert one borough for another? Yours, Her in Fury...
