Right, 2nd letter has been sent to HSBC today!

I'm asking for 6 payments (£42 each) to be refunded to me. The loan was taken into collections after that so I'm asking for the remaining 54 payments to be knocked off the balance that remains.

Not forgetting the 8% which is rather a lot considering all this happened in 2000 and 2001!

Wrote to the FOS and got a letter weeks and weeks ago telling me they are inundated with claims!

STILL nothing from HSBC (although that is academic now, I suppose)

and nothing concrete from the FOS!
