makes a change. Kitchen surfaces are still clean and tidy. Really need to find the time to try and do a bit more in the kitchen, I really want to get that star!
Summer, I had that very same argument with DH last week (I'm assuming AF is a certain time of month) DH likes the place to be clean and tidy yet he wasn't prepared to keep it that way, Dr's advise me to rest, but when I rest nothing get's done. After we had our little chat (I also threated to go back to Cornwall till I am well again) he blitzed everything, I had the laziest weekend last wkend because he'd managed to do everythingI think he now realises that I am NOT superwoman and need help. He spends a lot of time away from home in hotels so I'm assuming that is where it comes from, but it's still not a decent reason to leave everything. Only been living together 9 months so we're still finding our feet. Hope your feeling a bit better today *hugs*
Thank you for the update on toots, I hope she's doing well.
*hugs* for everyone, memory is carp at the moment as need some sleep(plus AF is rather painful this month

Michelle, I would definitely go back and talk to the nursery about the incident whilst it is still fresh in everyones minds. Maybe suggest thay check out all their equipment, play walls etc to make sure that everything is safe. Those walls are quite a weight so your DS coud have had concussion (?sp?). I hope he is okay today. Poor little boy, it must have been some shock.

Valli...thanks for the info re. the voting cards. I feel like I should vote too....one of my great aunties was a suffragettes fighting for our right to vote and there was an article about her in the local paper when she died.
Don't think I'll be doing a great deal of actual cleaning today as I'm busy trying to get sorted for a weekend away in N. Wales. We're going late tonight when I get back from work and I've still got things to wash and iron. Got a load on the line and a load in the machine and one still to go on. Don't need everything that I'm washing but would like to get straight before we go.
Will do a list update and delete what I've done (which isn't very much this week!) Extras have all been deleted cause I already know they aren't going to get done!!!!

Michelle...hope your DS is OK. It never rains...and all that! You are definately within your rights to complain. Obviously you're upset and you can always ring ofsted if you want to and they can visit to check things out. Suppose you need to decide whether you think it is a genuine accident or if there is someone at fault.
Must get on. See you later.0 -
Ive been for my walk - I walked down our close, along the bigger road to the main road. According to my pedometer it's half a mile there and back. By the time I got the main road my chest was tight and my throat was closing up with anxiety so it was a big relief to get back! I'm shaking like a leaf now and am having a neutrigrain bar.
Next time I need to remember not to wear flipflops as they made my calves hurt! It just seemed too nice a day to wear my walking boots - plus they don't go with the skirt I was wearing!
I wrote this before I left:
Quillion hope you are ok after your sleepless night
Penny what great blue matches
Soappie hope yr DS and DIL get the mortgage. And nice of you to remember your Granny today, I will be thinking of you today
Hugs Michelle, I think you are quite right to complain to nursery. Accidents happen, but they shouldn’t have things that can fall on babies near where babies are sleeping"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
