Morning gang.
A morning for me of watching the kids and waiting for the phone to ring from my department head. I might take them up to the group at the library today as they are already in fine form. I didn't realise 1 yo's could paddy so much.
I also have to get in touch with nursery at some stage. DS1 was in a nasty accident yesterday. He was asleep on the floor. They had a role play area, and a wooden wall from the play area fell over and hit him on the head. I didn't really talk to them much about it yesterday as i got myself worked up and my friend was telling me it was only really a superficial injury and i wasn't in the best state to talk about it.
DH went mad when he got home though, and after checking with MIL who used to work at inspecting childcare places i feel i need to talk to them about it. If it had been a small baby it had fell on it could have been a dead child in my opinion. Not to mention the shock DS must have had at being woken up like that.
Why does everything seem to happen at once? I'm sure if a piece of furniture had fell on him at home i would end up being reported to social services for neglect, so i'm quite sure i am within my rights to make a complaint.
quillion hope you are not too tired today.
summermoon hope you feel less stressed

Really bad day today. Not sure what I'm going to get done. Was hoping to go out today and am really fed up that I might not make it. Feeling really low and have terrible headache. Terribly tired.
Have just had breakfast so hope I might pick up in a minute.
