Thanks again guys for all your support today. I've started crying again tonight and DH has ordered me to take tomorrow off work to go to the drs. Something isn't sitting right. I don't know if hormonal, depression, or just plain old stress. My throat is feeling like it is closing up and i still feel like someone is sat on my chest.

I think MOAM - your PM, you could be right and it could be PND. Who knows.

Will chat to the Dr anyway and see if that sorts anything. I can't live like this. Not fair on anyone.

Will just have to sort some lesson plans to send in but then i need to have a big chill i think and chat some more to DH.

    Michelle x

Ok not such a productive day today as yesterday. The thought of trying to vacuum the mattress in the main bedroom which is like an oven wasn't enticing, and it's too heavy for me to turn it without help anyway...so I just did the floor.
Study? In CBA mood unfortunately...as in Cant Be Ars..oops..bothered ;) But that means I've got even more to do on it tomorrow because I'm behind.
But I'm doing more than I have been.

Here we go for Tuesday. Level 1

Terrible Tuesday ~ Master bedroom and Landing
    Level One

[STRIKE]strip the bedding and get it washed.. air the duvet[/STRIKE]
Mattress vacuumed turned vacuumed other side [STRIKE]and redress bed[/STRIKE]

    Extras
[STRIKE]Vacuum floor (it's level 3. I can't get to Level 3 today - window washing in this heat is not my idea of fun, but I'm happy to add this to my list for today, especially as the Dyson will already be in the bedroom after I've done the mattress!)[/STRIKE]

    Personal Extras

    1) Study - Sessions 4 and 5

    MACAW

Go for a walk (minimum 20 minutes) 5 days this week
    Monday - done :j
    [STRIKE]Tuesday - done[/STRIKE] :j

Do strength training or yoga 5 days this week
    Monday - done :T:T
