Sorry not caught up with the thread but I gather hugs and vibes are needed, in particular to Michelle & LL

Been flying in school today, sorted out reading books, did some decluttering and then this afternoon I stuffed paper fish with cotton wool...don't ask :rotfl: The tonight I brought home all the painting shirts as they were rank. I could actually smell them before anyone touched them today so I used my initiative and brought them home to wash and will take them back tomorrow ;) They smell so much better now, it might be a bit more bearable in the corridor tomorrow :rotfl:

I've done the shopping (fresh salad and ice-cream) and at lunchtime I managed to wash up but thats all I've done. Its too hot and I'm too tired to do anything else :p I'll fly properly later in the week when its cooled down and I've caught up on some sleep.

    Evening All

Valli glad all went well today.
    Soappie oooo 's'xciting!!!
Michelle sounds like an urgent rethink required. Life's too damned short to be feeling like that.
    LadyL ((((hugehugs))))
Rach sending positive vibes for your sis. Hope all is well very soon.
Lil-me take the holiday. Parents like to be able to spoil their children every now and again no? :)

DH has just bought me a nice chilled glass of white.... yum.

    Rant on

Loads going on here. DD1 indentified those boys that attacked her. They'll be hauled over nicely toasty coals with their parents tomorrow... They're 16yr old prefects from "very good, supportive familes". I'm told their families are going to be devastated - GOOD!!! What they've done is called "racially motivated assault" and it carries a 4 month prison term.

    Rant off

On an up note, I've got my start date for my job. I'm starting next wednesday... oooooeeeeeerrrrrrr, I'm going to have to be really organised, as I'm doing 3 days a week for the next 4 weeks.

It must be the night for Morrisons I just came back an hour ago.

All go in the Dusty residence at the moment with DS1 exam and me invigilating. Today's went well for both of us. Just been testing him on History for tomorrow, I'm bushed now and he must be too.

Soappie - I've found a solution to my problem so just need to action it later in the week.

Valli glad the ob went well.

Finished today's list - star please

    Evening all,

Massive hugs to LadyL i admire how strong and positive you are.

Hugs also to Michelle i'm sure you'll make the right decision.

I don't think i can cross anything off my list today. I got home from work, cooked Tea then snuggled on the sofa with Ds2. When OH came over he bathed Ds2 while i washed up and had a quick tidy of the living room.

After we put Ds2 to bed my SD came over to babysit so me and OH could go to Tesco. We walked out the door and noticed a little girl about 18 months on the other side of the road alone. I couldn't see anyone around so i went over to her and noticed she didn't have any shoes on so i picked her up. I was asking where her Mum was but she couldn't talk. She just kept pointing. I walked down one side of the street and OH went down the other looking for her parents. OH saw a woman run out of her house looking panicked and called me over so i took the little girl over to her Mum. The little girl was completely unfazed but her poor Mum was a right state. She'd come out of her house across a car park and across the road. She's so lucky it wasn't an hour earlier as that road leads to the train station and it's full of cars usually.

I have to do my exercises, make the sandwiches, put the bins out and have a shower before bed. I'd better get a move on i suppose.

Yes but, if you arrive (like I do) at the time they're reducing everything then you get some real bargains like 5 doughnuts for 19p (I'll be very popular with my class tomorrow :D ) and various rolls for 19p a pack ;)

or 6 ring doughnuts for 29p

and if i time it REALLY well I manage to get stuff for 9p ;)

Jinky - what's a Dazco? (or who?) OH?

    Evening ladies

First time back on since went away last week so apologies for not catching up - have only had a flick through the last page so apologies

Pigpen - thank you for doing the lists and soappie for the stars - does that mean toots is not well again? Well done on the assignment and the kitchen floor :T

Looks like we need some massive hugs for LadyL and Michelle hugs.gif hope you both can find something positive to focus on soon x

holly - well done on rescuing the tot, poor woman must have been beside herself

    Self update -

Came home on Sunday from carrievan hols. Had a fabulous site on the coast with steps down onto the beach (so nice that we decided not to go to France in July but to go back there!). Weather was superb so lots of lazing about in the sun, a real tonic for all of us. Package from OH work at home for us on Sunday with a date for his hearing - Monday 8th . A quick flick through all the statements indicated that they had been told what to write  so union have asked for a postponement to prepare OH's case so now waiting for a new date again but at least we're nearing something one way or the other.

On a flying front - I cleaned the carrievan inside from top to bottom before we came home and since have done only washing, feeding the klan and washing up n stuff. Tonight have also decluttered my purse of receipts and updated puter with all my finances.

Hopefully tomorrow I will start on this weeks list properly.

Till then love and hugs to all xx
