Hi everyone, managed to get all the lists finished yesterday so YAY! So far today i've:

    * Taken my niece to her swimming lesson.
    * Walked and fed the dog.
    * Fed the cat.
    * Prepped veg for dinner - mum has put the pork joint in.
    * Done 2 loads in the wm and dried in the td - mum's ironing it all now.
    * Put the bm on to go with the soup that i made yesterday for supper.

Hope everyone is well, glad the flylady 4 enjoyed their walk yesterday!

My brain has turned to mush so can't remember who posted it but i would love to join in the lose a stone by July challenge if i can jump on board, really do need some motivation!

This afternoon/evening shall be spent revising and relaxing mainly - have an exam coming up on the 20th June that i really do need to pass to help with progressing my career so need to buckle down!

ooooooo..... which ones did you get? :) I love her novels, she's quite something at spinning a yarn! Sarah Waters is another favourite. :D

Case Histories and One Good Turn :D I also love Sarah Waters, but I think I'm up to date with her books ;)

    Morning all!

What a miserable wet day here today (Midlands)

    today's list

    get showered
    get dressed
    plan menu for the week
    write a shopping list
    grocery shopping
hoover right through (cats are moulting and should by rights be bald by now)
    wash kitchen floor
sort laundry pile generated by yesterday's mad washing fit (thank God for my tumble dryer)
change bed and pick crud up from bedroom floor (who made it so messy-oh that'll be me)
    wash bathroom floor
try to nip out between rain showers and plant out bedding plants (only had 'em 2 weeks now LOL)
start planning lessons for next week
    update diary for next week
pack sports bag for swimming in the morning
    make packed lunches

    phew!
    better get started
    see you later:j:j:j
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

Sarahshattered - hugs for you. Think about what matters most to you - and make sure that they happen on a daily basis. For me the S&S BR, kitchen and 10 mins in the snug are daily essentials. As long as they happen I can mostly live with the rest of it. It may be a good time to re-nogotiate what everyone else does?

jjef - I will join you now.

We have just installed the new tumble dryer. It was £140 delivered - bit of a bargain I thought considering the last one lasted 6 years of mostly daily use.
